It is very important to know that our mind play a vital role in our Walk with the Spirit of God.

👉 Ephesians  4:23  ... "And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;"

Here we are told to keep renewing our mind. And the Word of God is the renewing agent. Feed on God's Word daily.

  👉 Colossians  1:21  .... "And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled"

 Here we see that:

- We became aliens to God and enemies in our minds 

- wicked works is a function of the mind.

But Thanks to God the Father for reconciling us back to Himself through Jesus Christ, hence we are no more aliens nor alienated.

   👉1 Peter  1:13  "Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;"

Here we are instructed to gird up the lions of our minds. It means to protect your mind and keep it strong and firm by the Word of God and guarding the Holy Spirit.

Beloved in the Faith of Christ. Your mind is your responsibility. Work on it.

Three keys:

1. The word of God

2. Pray always

3. Follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Things That We shouldn’t be ashamed of

 

1.   We shouldn’t be ashamed of suffering to defend our faith in Christ. (1Peter 4:13,16, Acts 5:41, 2Timothy 3:12, Matt 5:12, Phillip 1:29)

2.   We should not be ashamed of the Good news of the Gospel of Christ.  (Romance Hebrews 2:11 1:16, Mark 8:38, Acts 24:47; 1Co 1:18; 2Ti 1:8; Acts 13:26)

3.   We Ashamed should not be ashamed to identify with him openly wherever we may found ourselves. (Hebrews  2:11; Mt 28:10; Joh 20:17; Ezra 8:22; Psalms 34:2)

4.   We should not be ashamed of trusting in the Lord; The Code is “Trust in nothing or no one, but trust God for everything and everyone”. (Isaiah 30:1-7; Ps 62:10; Luke 12:15-21. James 4:13-15; Ps 10:4;= See Apostle Paul Practice it (Ac 18:21; 1Co 4:19; 16:7; Heb 6:3)  Prove  27:1)

SAY IT LOUD

So that we may boldly say, the Lord is my helper and I will not fear what man shall do unto me (Hebrew 13:6).

            Now you have to boldly declare “The Lord is my helper”.

God is waiting for you to proclaim His word before He will perform it. What you have not declared God cannot confirm. After prayers, believe and then confess it. Confess the expected result at the face of obvious challenges. David confessed his expectation; that he would kill Goliath through the help of God, and it happened for him.

Concerning Jesus, He could not escape the law of positive confession.

He is not here; for he is risen, its HE SAID. Come see the place where the Lord lay; (Mathew 28:6).

            Notice, “AS HE SAID”. Jesus said it and now it has happened.

Go  on and tell the world that the Lord is your helper. Confess it until you begin to see it.

 

It is not by feeling you may not feel it. Your feeling can’t move God.  God pays attention to His Word Which you believed and declared with your mouth.

You shall long enjoy the help of God . Amen.

 Bible Root FOR MY PRAYER IS Job 11:20 – *“But the eyes of the wicked shall fail, and they shall not escape, and their hope shall be as the giving up of the ghost.”*

 

Now I declare in the name of Jesus Christ!

- Let the eyes of the wicked that is against me fail them in the name of Jesus.

 

- Let the strength of the wicked that is against me and my marriage fail them in the name of Jesus.

 

- Let their feet slid and let sudden fear strike them down that hate me and my family without cause in the name of Jesus.

 

- Let the hope and expectation of them that do wickedly against me and my marriage and family; be frustrated and cut off in the name of Jesus.

• Father, uphold me and my family by the word of your power Heb.1:3
• Lord, let every appearance and manifestations of sickness in my family be swallowed up and consumed in Jesus mighty name.  From this month forward, Lord, uphold my soul in life. Ps.66:9
• Father, protect me and my family from every snare of the evil ones.

A Prayer for Spiritual Alertness

We must be dedicated in prayer for the strength to “be alert and of sober mind” as instructed in 1 Peter 5:8. :  “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”

The believer has an enemy in the devil who “prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.”

Alertness allows us to fully acknowledge the presence of a stronghold. It is often easy in our busy lives to become “spiritually distracted” and allow the world to skew our perspective.

Our hectic schedules at times could cloud and disrupt our perfect communion with our Christ and prayer life. A prayer of alertness will give us discernment and an ability to distinguish the correct paths from the hand of our Savior.

Pray this with me:

🙏🙏Heavenly Father, I ask you to give me the grace spiritual discernment.

🙏🙏Heavenly Father, enlightened me by your Spirit and guide my heart to escape all the snares of the world 

🙏🙏I resist and cast out all the evil powers attempting to cloud my spiritual vision and darken the       eyes of my understanding.

 🙏🙏I pray for a heightened spiritual alertness and a sobering mind to avoid the snares of the evil one in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

I pray for you Today: 🙏🙏Let the pans of the devourer against you fail in the name f Jesus Christ.

May the great God Almighty continue to help you and sustain you always in the name of Jesus Christ.

1. Spend Quality time in Praise and Worship.

2. 1 king 13: 4 – Let every personality who speaks forth violent against me from demonic alters be smitten by the fire of my God.

3. Let every hand stretched forth against my life be dried up by the fire of my God.

4. Let the evil alters where hands pointed against me, and words are spoken against my life and my family be crushed by the thundering fire of my God. Read 1kings 13:5

5. Let every instruction issued out in the realm of the spirit to take my life or the life of any member of my father’s house; be overturned and their messengers destroyed in the name of Jesus.

6. Let every instrument of death fashioned against me and my family be made to fail. They shall not prosper against us in the name of Jesus.

Which Life?

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)

That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3: 15-16)

 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (John 3:36)

Now you have another opportunity to make the right choice. To choose Jesus Christ it to Choose life (Heaven) to Reject Jesus Christ is to Choose death (Hell Fire)

Familiar death agents and killers are men and women who are close to you and the members of your family but they have wickedly given themselves to Satan as an agent of death. As Prophet Micah Rightly Exclaimed: “Do not trust in a friend; Do not put your confidence in a companion; Guard the doors of your mouth from her who lies in your bosom.

For son dishonors father, Daughter rises against her mother, Daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; a man's enemies are the men of his own household”. Micah 7:5, 6 (NKJV)

- Cain rose up and killed Abel his own brother - Genesis 4:8

- The brothers of Joseph rose against him and conspired to slay him – Genesis 37: 18

- It was Judas one of the disciple of Jesus that handed Jesus over to death. Matthew 26:14-16

- Satan who beholds the face of Almighty God day and night was the angel that rose up to plan coup de ta against God.

Praying against MARRIAGE KILLERS

 

1. All counsels against my marital life, collapse, in Jesus' name.

2. Any association between my husband/wife and any strange man\woman be scattered now, in Jesus name.

3. Every demonic in-law, loose your hold upon my life, in Jesus' name.

4. Every curse that has been issued against my marriage be cancelled in the name of Jesus.

5. Every demonic mark contrary to settled homes be wiped off with the, blood of Jesus.

6. Every inherited spirit that is not of God, go, in the name of Jesus.

7. Every curse issued against my marriage or against my marital life, be broken, in the name of Jesus.

The Beginning of the Year

The Beginning of the Year
“A land which the Lord thy God careth for: the eyes of the Lord thy God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.” (Deuteronomy 11:12) 

This phrase, “the beginning of the year,” occurs only twice in the Bible, here in Deuteronomy 11:12 and in Ezekiel 40:1. In this passage, the Lord, through Moses, is speaking of the promised land which He had prepared for the children of Israel, “a land of hills and valleys, [that] drinketh water of the rain of heaven” (Deuteronomy 11:11), promising great blessing on the land and its people if they obeyed God, but judgment if they disobeyed.

Although these promises were made specifically with reference to Israel, the principle surely would apply worldwide, for God “hath made of one blood all nations of men . . . and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; That they should seek the Lord” (Acts 17:26-27). It certainly has applied to America, for God has certainly blessed our nation most abundantly, founded as it was in its beginnings on the principles of God’s words. Sadly, however, there are now many signs that His blessings are being withdrawn, with judgment imminent, because of the widespread apostasy and moral decay that have overtaken us.

Here, at “the beginning of the year,” we can pray that America will return to the God of our fathers before it is too late and final judgment falls on our once-blessed nation. In the words of our text, “the eyes of the LORD” are on us, “from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.”

In addition to prayer, we personally can work and give and vote and live in ways that demonstrate our own personal trust in God and His Word, as well as our deep concern for our families, our churches, our nation, and God’s eternal plan for His great creation. HMM

Drought Or Rain? By Dave Butts

    In every society, in every land, and in every age, rain is important.  We depend upon it as a key source of life.  Without rain our crops die, gardens wither, grass turns brown, and our water supplies begin to dry up.  We must have rain to have life.

    There are spiritual droughts as well.  They come upon individuals, churches and nations.  They come as seasons of spiritual dryness when apathy, inactivity, and sin characterize our lives.  God’s Word speaks clearly to us about these times of spiritual drought:

    “God sets the lonely in families, He leads forth the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land” (Psa. 68:6).

    “You will be like an oak with fading leaves, like a garden without water” (Isa. 1:30).

    “The poor and needy search for ­water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst” (Isa. 41:17).

    “O God, You are my God; earnestly I seek You; my soul thirsts for You, my body longs for You, in a dry and weary land where there is no water” (Psa. 63:1). 

    I believe these verses describe much of the world today – a dry and weary land where there is no water.  It might describe you as an individual as well.  Is there a spiritual dryness in your life?  Is there a lack of enthusiasm and excitement concerning spiritual matters?  Is your prayer life dull or virtually non-existent?  Hold on…the rain is coming!

Many of our churches show more signs of death than of life, more signs of decline than of growth!  If we were to be absolutely honest, would Ichabod (1 Sam. 4:21) be written over your church or mine?  Is it not true that at least to some extent God’s glory in the church is less than before?

    It need not be so.  No life can excuse its spiritual decline.  No church can justify its loss of the overwhelming sense of the presence of God, the power of God, and the glory of His working in its midst.  This sense of the presence of God can be as overwhelming today as it ever was.  The anointing of the Spirit can be as powerful upon your life as it was upon others.

“...As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” (Josh. 24:15).

    “As for me…” – Joshua began with himself.  We cannot too strongly press the truth that for a godly education the first and the most essential requisite is personal consecration.  It is good to reflect on our responsibility, to study our duties and the best way of fulfilling them, to speak with our children, and to pray much for them – but all these may be called accessories.  The first thing on the part of the parent is a life devoted to God and His service.  It is this that creates the spiritual atmosphere the children are to breathe.  It is this that gives our performance of duty and our dealings with our children their spiritual influence.  It is this that gives our praying and our working its value with God.

    “As for me” – there must be no hesitation or half-heartedness in the consciousness or the confession of devotion to God’s service.  As often as the prayer for God’s blessing on the children comes up, it must be in the spirit of David:  “Thou, Lord God, knowest Thy servant. Therefore now let it please Thee to bless the house of Thy servant” (see First Chronicles 17:18, 27).  With God and men, in the home and out of it, as well as in the hearts of parents themselves, it must be a settled thing:  “As for me, I will serve the Lord.” 

INTERCESSORY PRAYER GUIDE FOR ISRAEL

Jerusalem and All the People and Land of Israel

    • Pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psa. 122:6)

    • For the people of Israel to come to know their Messiah, Yeshua (Psa. 40:7; Isa. 53)

    • For her borders to be secure (Ex. 23:31a)

    • For Jerusalem to be protected from being divided (Joel 3:2) 

Israel’s Government and Leaders

    • For Israel’s leaders to be blessed and lead well, so Israel’s citizens can live in peace and many will come to salvation (1 Tim. 2:1-4)

    • That they may be just and give their country stability, and be free from corruption (Prov. 29:4)

    • That they would ask God for wisdom and follow His lead (Jas. 1:5) 

Believers in the Land of Israel

    • For the believers in Israel to be strengthened with power in their inner being, so Messiah may dwell in their hearts through faith, and that they would know the love of Messiah (Eph. 3:16-19)

    • That they would be filled with God’s will, wisdom and understanding; live a life worthy of Him; bear fruit in every good work; have great endurance and patience; and be grateful (Col. 2:6-7)

    • For their protection, and that those around them would be drawn to Yeshua because of their love for Him and one another (John 17:11, 23) 

Am I Seeking Revival In My Own Life? By Aletta N. Jacobsz

    “Let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup” (1 Cor. 11:28). 

    Does my will clash with God’s? Am I willing for His will, or delighted without it?

    Do I have an unbroken record of, “Yes, Lord,” given gladly?

    Can God write, “Victory” over my life (a) where other eyes see? (b) in secret when I am alone?

    Do souls come to find help?  Am I willing to locate the hindrance?

    Am I crucified to the world?  Its passions?  Outward adornment?

    What about so-called innocent things, such as newspapers and TV, and the amount of time I spend on them?

    Am I watchful to redeem the minutes?

    What about quiet times that mean sacrifice?
