PEACE OF NIGERIA PRAYER NETWORK
THE CALL: On Sunday, 1st May, 2011 at 9:50AM; The Lord God said to me; “RAISE ME AN ARMY WHO WILL STAND BETWEEN ME AND THIS NATION!”
This came to me during the Sunday Church Service as the Testimony session was going on.
Further in the church service that same day: He said to me; “THEY SHALL BE AN ARMY OF INTERCESSORS IN WHOSE HEART I WILL PUT MY BURDEN FOR THIS NATION AND THEY SHALL BIRTH IT BY PRAYER!”
THE ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: Peace of Nigeria Prayer Network (PNPN) has its mission anchored on Ezekiel 22:23-31.
“And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, say unto her, Thou art the land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation. There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof. Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain. And her prophets have daubed them with untempered morter, seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord GOD, when the LORD hath not spoken. The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully. And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. Therefore have I poured out mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Lord GOD.”
WHY SHOULD WE PRAY FOR OUR DEAR COUNTRY, NIGERIA?
1. Because it is a commandment from God Almighty to all of us. See 1 Timothy 2:1-2. “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.”
2. It is a Biblical channel for provoking and enforcing national change and transformation.

2 Chronicles 7:13- 14 –“If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
3. Prayer is the key to exemption from divine judgment upon nations.See Ezekiel 9:4-7
–“And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof. And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity: Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house. And he said unto them, Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain: go ye forth. And they went forth, and slew in the city. And it came to pass, while they were slaying them, and I was left, that I fell upon my face, and cried, and said, Ah Lord GOD! wilt thou destroy all the residue of Israel in thy pouring out of thy fury upon Jerusalem?”
4. Prayer secures our own peace as well as the Nations’. See Jeremiah 29:7 – “And seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives, and pray unto the LORD for it: for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace.”
5. Praying for our nation enhances our own prosperity and that of the nation too.
See Psalm 122:6 –“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.”
6. It is a platform for provoking favour and divine intervention. See Luke 7:2-5–“ And a certain centurion's servant, who was dear unto him, was sick, and ready to die. And when he heard of Jesus, he sent unto him the elders of the Jews, beseeching him that he would come and heal his servant. And when they came to Jesus, they besought him instantly, saying, That he was worthy for whom he should do this: For he loveth our nation, and he hath built us a synagogue.”
7. It is for the preservation of our Nation. See Ezekiel 22:30 – “And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.”
WHO ARE THESE MEN?
- These are the Abrahams of this nation (Nigeria) who will not let God go until they secure the peace and safety of the righteous and this nation entirely. See Genesis 18:22-33.
- Like Jacob, there shall hold God to a halt with their faith filled, heat-anchored prayer; enforce His divine change and transformation in this Nation, Nigeria. See Genesis 32; 24-29.
- These are the Nehemiah of this nation that will never eat, sleep or change their remnant until the King of Kings provide for, and command the rebuilding of the broken wall of Nigeria and safety is restored. See Nehemiah 1: 1 and 2.
- These are the Daniels of this nation who will rather die instead of not seeking the face of God for this Nation. See Daniel 9:1-4 and Daniel 6:1-28.
- Like Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego; they are willing to pour their life in the cause of their God in other to get the leadership of this country turn to Jesus Christ in awe and the fear of the Lord. See Daniel 3:8 – 30.
- Like the men at the upper room, they will wait upon the lord in payer in through their intercession; provoke God for a fresh out-pouring of His revival that will aid the harvest of souls into the Kingdome of God. See Acts 1:4, 13 – 14 through Act 2.
WHERE IS OUR DESTINATION IN ALL THESE?
Isa 60:15 – 22 - Whereas thou hast been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations. Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob. For brass I will bring gold, and for iron I will bring silver, and for wood brass, and for stones iron: I will also make thy officers peace, and thine exactors righteousness.
Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise.
The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.
Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.
Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.
A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the LORD will hasten it in his time.

Isaiah 62: 6 -12. I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence, And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.
The LORD hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy corn to be meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured: But they that have gathered it shall eat it, and praise the LORD; and they that have brought it together shall drink it in the courts of my holiness.
Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.
Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.

STRUCTURE OF PNPN
Ø National Intercessory Army:
Duties: - the National Intercessory Army (NIA) shall co-ordinate, organize, and implement all the national plans, programs and projects of PNPN.
They shall be the national prayer team of PNPN and as such gather from time to time to lift up the affairs of Nigeria before God.
- These will consist of two representatives from each states of Nigeria including FCT.
- They shall be 81 in numbers.
- The will be the coordinators and Prayer Leader of their respective state.
Ø Regional Intercessory Army:
Duties: The Regional Intercessory Army (RIA) shall co-ordinate, organize, and Implement at the Regional Level; the plans, programs and projects of PNPN.
They shall be the Regional Prayer Team of PNPN and as such gather from time to time to lift up the affairs of their respective Regions and Nigeria before God.
The PNPN Regional Army shall be made up of states making up people of a common language, cultural inclinations and geographical location.
This is because people in such co-ordinates do normally face unanimous spiritual, economic and political challenges.
The Regional Grouping will aid communication and easy networking and execution of our Divine Mandate.
Regional Leadership Membership: The state Coordinator, State Secretory, Public Relation Officer of each state within the Region shall make up the Regional Leadership Team.
Ø State Intercessory Army (SIA):
Duties: The State Intercessory Army (SIA) shall co-ordinate, organize, and Implement at the State Level; the plans, programs and projects of PNPN.
They shall be the State Prayer Team of PNPN and as such gather from time to time to lift up the affairs of Their Respective States and Nigeria before God.
State Leadership Membership: The Local Government Area (LGA) Coordinator, Secretory, Public Relation Officer of each LGA within the State shall make up the State Leadership Team.
Local Government Intercessory Army (LGIA):
The Local Government Intercessory Army (LGIA) shall co-ordinate, organize, and Implement at the Local Government Level; the plans, programs and projects of PNPN.
They shall be the Local Government Prayer Team of PNPN and as such gather from time to time to lift up the affairs of Their Respective Local Government, State, Region and Nigeria before God.
Local Government Leadership Membership: The Ward Prayer Coordinator, Secretory, Public Relation Officer of each Ward within the Local Government shall make up the Local Government Leadership Team.
PNPN PROGRAM SCHEDULES
1. PNPN PERSONAL VOLUNTEERS PRAYER NETWORK
Every national emancipation begins with an individual.
Here is what God is still saying concerning this:
Ezekiel 22:30 - “And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none”.
Psalm 106: 23 “Therefore he said that he would destroy them, had not Moses his chosen stood before him in the breach, to turn away his wrath, lest he should destroy them”.
Isaiah 59: 16 – “And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him”.
Ezekiel 13: 5 – “Ye have not gone up into the gaps, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD”.
God is searching for a man (Anybody) who like Moses will stand before Him in the breach to turn away His wrath and destruction and in turn pray down His mercy and blessings. Would you be that MAN today?
Everyone (especially Christians) that has breath is invited to join this force and call upon God Almighty whose name is Jehovah.
Each individual member forming this network shall be admonished to pick a day in a year (Preferably a day before their birth day) for a personal prayer and fasting for the nation Nigeria.
They will be notified ahead of their individual date via electronic media.
This is to ensure that someone consciously is fasting and praying for Nigeria every day.
2. PNPN LGIA PRAYER DAY:
Matthew 18:19 – “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven”.
Leviticus 26:8 – “And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword”.
All LGIA prayer team shall fast and pray one day every month in their respective Local Governments in such a place as may be chosen and preferred by them.
3. PNPN STATE INTERCESSORY PRAYER DAYS:
All the SIA PRAYER Team shall meet every two months from February.
The duration of their meeting shall be a minimum of 24 hours but can be extended at the discretion of the state executive team.
4. PNPN REGIONAL INTERCESSORY PRAYER DAYS:
JANUARY/MAY/SEPTEMBER shall be the Regional Intercessory Army prayer months.
5. NATIONAL INTERCESSORY PRAYER DAY.
There shall be a PNPN National intercessory day for Nigeria.
It shall be held once every four years.
It shall be held on the week of Last National Independence day before the Next General Election.
It shall be held in all the families, villages, towns, cities, organizations and among all dweller and citizens and lovers of this country.
There shall be a gathering in all the major cities of Nigeria.
The Nigerians in Diaspora shall be called to join.
All government agencies, ministries and organizations shall be called to join.
People and organizations of all works of life shall be asked to join.
All business and market places shall be locked down.
All knees bent and all hands lifted up towards heaven that God Almighty will restore His Glory and Praise in this Nation.
NB: We shall unanimously as the Government for a National Prayer Holyday.
