1. You don't hear the TRUE Word — you only hear motivational speeches.
Every Sunday is "10 keys to success", "how to make money", "how to become great."
No repentance. No holiness. No salvation. No cross.
2 Timothy 4:3 — "They will not endure sound doctrine."
If you can stay in sin comfortably and still shout Amen every Sunday, the Word is not being preached to you. You are being entertained, not transformed.

1. He only celebrates you when you give money, but never corrects your character.
If the only time he calls you is when offering is low, or he only praises you after a big seed — he is not pastoring you, he is using you.
A real shepherd will tell you the truth even when it will make you angry. 2 Timothy 4:2 says "reprove, rebuke, exhort."

Everybody has a dream.
But not every dream becomes reality.

Some dreams die as wish.
Some dreams become a testimony.

How do you know your own dream will surely happen?

1. When you cannot stop thinking about it — even when you try to forget it.
Joseph tried to sleep, but the dream kept coming. Genesis 37:5-7
Real God-given dreams don't leave you. They disturb your sleep. They follow you. If after 2 years you still feel that same burden for that business, that ministry, that career — that's a sign God planted it and will water it.

Prayer is powerful. But prayer is not magic.
Many Christians are frustrated because they expect prayer to do what only WORK and WISDOM will do.

Here are 5 things prayer will NEVER do for you:

1. Prayer will never do the WORK for you.
You prayed for open doors, but you refused to knock.
You prayed for a job, but you have not sent one CV this month.
James 2:17 — "Faith without works is dead."
Prayer brings opportunity. Work takes the opportunity. If you only pray and never work, you will be a praying beggar.

2. Prayer will never cover up lack of CHARACTER.
You pray "God bless my marriage" but you are still rude, cheating, and proud.
You pray "God give me customers" but you lie to customers and cheat them.
Prayer cannot preserve what your character is destroying. God answers prayer, but character sustains the answer.

Not every prayer is safe to pray.
Some prayers sound spiritual, but they can destroy you if your heart is not right.

God answers prayers — but sometimes the answer will expose YOU.

1. "God, expose everyone around me who is pretending."
Be careful!
When God starts exposing, He may start with YOU. He may expose your own gossip, your own jealousy, your own fake love.
Before you ask God to expose others, ask Him to clean your own heart. Psalm 139:23 says "Search ME, O God..."

2. "God, give my enemies what they deserve."
This prayer will backfire!
Because Romans 3:23 says "ALL have sinned." If God gives everyone what they deserve, you too will collect.
Instead pray, "God, have mercy on my enemies and have mercy on me." Mercy is what you need, not judgement.

You will fast for job, fast for visa, fast for money — but when last did you kneel down and say "God, keep my husband"? "God, help my wife"?

1. You will fight the person instead of fighting the spirit behind the person.
Your husband is not your enemy. Your wife is not your enemy.
There is a spirit that wants to steal peace from homes. If you don't pray, you will think your spouse is the problem, when the real problem is spiritual.
